Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 September 2026
When you submit an enquiry through The Hostmaster website, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, event details and any other information you choose to provide.
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss your event requirements and communicate with you about our services.
Enquiries submitted through the form on this website are delivered to us by email and are also recorded in a private Google Sheet, hosted by Google, which we use to keep track of enquiries and bookings. Access to that spreadsheet is restricted to us. Google acts as our data processor for this purpose; you can read how Google handles such data in the Google Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.
Your information will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry and any subsequent booking discussions.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at info@thehostmaster.co.uk
By submitting an enquiry through this website, you consent to us using your information for the purposes described above.
Website analytics and cookies
This website does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they read and which sites they arrived from. Both are privacy-focused services that collect only anonymous, aggregated information such as the page URL, referring site, country, browser and device type. They do not store cookies, do not build a profile of you and do not collect any information that identifies you personally. Because no personal data is processed for this purpose, no consent banner is required.
We also record anonymous counts of how often visitors click our WhatsApp, email and Instagram links, and how often the enquiry form is used, so we can see which contact methods are most useful. These counts are not linked to any individual and contain none of the details you type into the form.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
